It’s time to come home, Pumas! We’re thrilled to partner with Saint Joseph’s College to bring our first post-pandemic event TO CAMPUS!
“Beer, Brats, and Lake Banet,” our 2021 Homecoming, takes place at Lake Banet. Join us for a day filled with lots of Puma memories, good food, cold beer, and strolling around our beloved campus. Start the day with mass in the Chapel (time TBD) then come down to Lake Banet for the traditional Beer and Brat Tent (open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Guided campus tours depart from the Core Building at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

NEW THIS YEAR: Due to limited space and needing accurate crowd counts, we will be charging $5 per person. BUT in return, you’ll receive 5 Beer and Brat Tickets when you check into the event.

FAQs
Why is there a cover charge this year?
We’re charging $5 cover charge this year, but in return, we’ll give you $5 in tickets (per RSVP) at the door to spend at the Beer and Brat Tent. We’re charging a nominal cover charge this year for two reasons: to get a more accurate count of attendees (to make sure we have enough BEER!) and because we have a limited number of people we can welcome at the site.
What do I get for my $5 cover charge?
Your $5 gets you $5 in tickets at the door to spend at the Beer and Brat Tent.
Does everyone need to pay $5?
Under 2 is free. The cover charge applies to everyone over age 2.
Can I just walk-in on the day-of?
Maybe? We’re limited on the number of people we can welcome at the site, so we’d really appreciate you RSVPing in advance.
Something came up and I can’t attend. Can I get a refund?
Sorry, no refunds. But we appreciate your donation!
Is there swimming at the Lake? Fishing? Other water-related recreational activities?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow any water access at Lake Banet due to insurance reasons.
Where should I park? What if I can’t walk that far to get to the Lake?
Parking is along the road and in the Justin parking lot. For those who may need help getting from the lot to the Lake, we will have access to SJC’s golf cart to get you to our festivities. Simply wait by the clearly designated area at the Justin lot, and a cart will transport you to the Lake.
What should I bring?
Bring a Puma friend and your memories, and get ready for a fun time! We’ll have food and drink available for purchase (and we take credit cards at the welcome table). We’ll have a ton of picnic tables set up, but if you’d like to bring your own lawn or camp chairs, feel free!
